Are you accepting dress donations at this time?

Angel Gowns of WNY accepts gowns on specific donation dates throughout the year depending on our needed supply.  Please send a CURRENT picture of the front and back of your gown to angelgownsofwny@gmail.com
If approved by our team of seamstresses, you will receive an email regarding the next scheduled donation date.

When will photos of my dress be added to your Facebook Photo Album page?

Photos are taken as the dress is accepted and an album with the Donor’s name will be added to our Facebook Page within the next following few weeks.  Dresses will then be dismantled. After they have been transformed, pictures will be added to the same album. 

We apologize that we cannot answer every inquiry as to how long it will be before your gown is transformed, but we do ask for patience and understanding as we work hard to help our Tiny Angels. We try to have every gown transformed within 6-9 months, but sometimes it takes longer as we are a group of volunteers. Please periodically check back to see if your photo album has been created and for any updates. We are unable to email or notify you when pictures are added to your album.

Dress Donations before 2017:  Due to the overwheling number of donated gowns that we received, there may have been some missing or misplaced tags. Please check our Anonymous folders for any missing gowns. Please note that all the dresses we received, were transformed.

Do I get a tax receipt for my donation?

All donations are tax deductible. Please contact us if you need a receipt.

Can I donate money?

Yes! We are always in need of monetary donations as we are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity. We are run solely on your generous monetary donations.  We accept Paypal, Venmo or contact us for a check donation.

Do you charge hospitals, funeral homes, bereavement networks or individual bereaved families for your Angel Gowns?

No, there is not a charge for anyone to receive our Angel Gowns. All of our Angel Gowns are donated. We offer this gift with much love, compassion and hope that the families will be comforted with its reception.

How do I go about requesting an Angel Gown for my baby?

We are so sorry for you loss. If you are placing an urgent request for an Angel Gown, please complete the request form here and comment in the note section that this is an urgent request.

How do I go about requesting Angel Gowns for our facility?

We would be honored to supply your facility with our beautiful, one of a kind, Angel Gowns for you to give to the families suffering a loss. Please complete the form found here. Please remember to include the number of losses your facility sees per month/year, so that we may send you a sufficient supply. Please contact us for additional gowns when your supply is low. or if you need a specific size.
